Core staff can perform survival and terminal blood collection for investigators in their animal housing area or within the core.

Mice are housed in aseptic, disposable, ventilated Innovive® cages. All mice receive ALPHA-Dri™. All mice receive Alphatwist® nesting material for enrichment and irradiated igloos are provided to breeding cages. Mice are fed 2920x or 2919 (Irradiated Harlan Teklad Global Soy Protein-Free Extruded Rodent Diets). Water is acidified. All work is done under animal transfer stations or biological safety cabinets. 

Substance administration can be performed by highly trained staff in your lab housing area or within the core.
