The facility features instruments and expertise for researching interactions between soils, microbes and plants, including the Microbiotron, a multi-chamber, sealed, controlled environment. Our analytical capabilities include stable isotopes (13C, 15N); elemental analysis in solids and gases; particle size; PLFA; amino sugars; GHGs; TOC/TIC.
