Hitachi S3400N Variable Pressure SEM. Refitted in 2017 with a new Oxford suite for EDS and EBSD. The SEM has a Gatan Pana-CL detection system for Cathodoluminescence. Variable pressure capabilities allow operations with or without sample coating. Detectors for standard imaging include SE, BSE, and ESED. #PhysicalSciences
